Gazenko Surgical & Cosmetics Center is a general surgery clinic that also provides additional services for cosmetic enhancements through personalized skin care protocols, injectables such as Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.  Dr. Gazenko is here to provide care for general surgery patients starting with their preoperative evaluation and surgical procedures through their postoperative recovery.  For cosmetic patients Dr. Gazenko focuses on enhancing appearance through the use of injectables and dermal fillers.  We can create a personalized skin care protocol with our line of ZO Skin Health products created by Dr. Zein Obagi. Our clinic also provides injections of botulinum toxin for chronic migraine and trigger points.  The clinic is located on West Main Street in Clarksville, AR.

Dr. Kate Gazenko is board certified in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care through the American Board of Surgery. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR. She continued with her General Surgery residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed additional training through a Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Cincinnati in 2013.  She has completed advanced training in Botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.  She receives ongoing training with ZO Skin Health to remain current on all products and services. She has been practicing in Clarksville Arkansas since 2015.
